Yes, that's right! We're in the mood to plan another Jamboree. The D23 Expo gave is a little taste since we had 3/4's of the Admins and then we had some members. So, we decided it's time to plan another meet.
You'll find 2 polls in the forum, Place and Month. PLEASE take the polls and let us know your preferences. We'll keep this open for a couple of weeks and then we'll see what you, the membership wants.
When considering the place, keep in mind that WDW offers MANY things to do right on property, where as DL is small and easily connected, but doesn't offer as many options. Also, depending on the month selected, it could tie in with D23 events. So choose carefully!

Sounds like good times!!
Need to keep paying down the debt. All trips are cash only these days, limiting and freeing at the same time, ya know!
Hope i can make it!

I'll ask the dumb question....
What exactly occurs at a UAB Jamboree? Other than finding Angus at the Rose & Crown. |

The admins are the best informants...but meeting up for a meal together/something special at an attraction/games/hanging out at the Happiest Places On Earth!
There's a lot of good folks around here...it's always fun to hang out and get to know each other in the parks whilst enjoying all Disney has to offer!

OCM is right, plus we do contests, drawings, Live Broadcasts, but mostly we get together and enjoy the special aspects of the parks together.
In 2007 we had a special lesson on wine, then went to the Food and Wine event to try different foods and wine pairings. That's just one example. _________________ When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.

We toured the F&W with our resident experts (Ellory and his lovely wife)... Much fun has had by all!
Hey, to go with the live broadcasting, I can do live Qik streaming... _________________ Up or Down North, South, East, or West An Adventurer's Life is Best! |

Seems like F&W is the best time to enjoy such an occasion! I try to make it over for the bands I enjoy! |

F&W is fun...not sure I'm going to make it over to WDW next fall, though. Sad it would be for me if i could not be there...it is best to Jamnboree where there will be the most attendees.

I admit west-coast would be easiest for me and I have to say I loved the EXPO. The only way it could have been better is to have our community there for all four days. _________________ Jason

Well ironically I'm flexible on place and time but not both...
as many of you know I'm a SoCal resident and Disneyland local, but as of this fall I'm attending college in New York (making WDW a much easier trip for me).
So I'm kind of torn... I had great fun at the DL Jamboree I attended, but I also see how much fun WDW could be...
I think I'll vote for DL and in the summer; but I'll try to attend if I can no matter what! |

I'm totally going to try to make it wherever...it's tough with a few trips already in the hopper. But a Jamboree is SO much fun!!
