Even though I've been back for almost 2 weeks now, I've been busy getting out from under the piles of mail and work I missed while I was away

Buuut, we had a great time in WDW. While it might be a little cliche to say, this trip was maybe my favorite trip to date, as it was the first trip with our daughter who is almost 2 years old. The great debate amongst many folks is "when is the best age to bring a kid?" And, I can tell you that, at least for us, 2 years was a great time. Now, I'm not gonna bore you all any more with jibber-jabber about all the crazy small details (unless you want me to, of course), so I will just let some quick pics do the talking for me.

Dressed up for our first MNSSHP experience. Which was awesome. And yes, that is the 3 of us as Sully, Boo & Mike. The fact that my wife is pregnant makes the eye stick out that much further! And yes, we got lots of comments and complements. But lets be honest, it's all really for the kid.

She wasn't scared of any of the characters. She hugged and tickled and honked everyone's nose. They all seemed to have loved her.

Last, but certainly not least, maybe the greatest purchase I have or will ever make.

As you also might be able to tell, I apparently forgot how to smile correctly, but what are you going to do. At least I have this sweet new shirt, so I really don't care.

They are all very nice pictures.

I saw this shirt in DL last week, and didn't think twice about it since we ALWAYS get to ride Toad while we're there. But it is a very cool shirt.

Thanks for sharing! Love the costume theme you all went with. I've seen that shirt several times in the shops and I love it. I think that was on my list of the things to pick up on the 'official' trip this week. Man, that list is long.

Great pics. Great shirt. I miss Toady. I have an original Figment shirt that I keep safely locked away. Maybe I'll wear it again someday.

I think 2 is a good age for a trip. But I enjoy my visits with my grandson there more each year. They discover new things and have new reactions as they grow older. You'll see once the new little toad comes along.

Thanks for sharing. It is interesting how a child's perspective changes as they see Disney at different ages.

Great pics! Thanks for sharing them with us! LOVE the costumes! I may just have to take some inspiration from you this Halloween and do the same thing, considering I am also expecting, what better way to use the belly profile? Smile
